Incorrect/Defective Items Received

We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect or defective item. 

Each of our items are checked for their quality before being sent out. However, in the case of a defect item, kindly email to

customercare@at-titude.com within 14 days, attached together with a clear picture of the defect. 

 

Any exchange/return requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. Our customer service will attend to you within 1-2 working days. 

 

To be eligible for exchanges, the item must is in its original conditions received, packed in its original AT.TITUDE SmartPac, original transparent packaging (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with all original items included).

Do note that defective items DO NOT include the following:

- placement of prints

- slight colour differences due to different monitors resolutions and studio/outdoor lighting*

- minor defects such as loose threads

- or any reason similar in effect

*As much as AT.TITUDE strives to capture the most accurate colour of the products seen on www.at-titude.com as well as our social media platforms, kindly take note that the colour might differ slightly in real life due to varying lighting or individual’s computer settings.
