AT.TITUDE  reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notification. By purchasing from AT.TITUDE, the buyer has agreed to abide by the terms and conditions listed.

All sales are final and may not be amended. 

 

Customer Privacy

AT.TITUDE respects our customers' account information as private and confidential information and will never share this information with any outside affiliations or individuals. 

 

Payment Terms

AT.TITUDE accepts Paynow/Paylah, Paypal, and Stripe. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.

Payments via Bank Transfers/IBanking/Paynow/Paylah have to be transferred within 24 hours after the order confirmation email has been sent and the payment screenshot have to be uploaded for verification. Payments via Paypal have to be made within 2 hours after the order confirmation email has been sent. 

 

Kindly ensure that all required information is submitted to avoid possible shipping delays or product shipment errors. All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received or updated within the given timeframe of 24 hours or 2 hours. 

 

Refunds are strictly not allowed. In the event that no payment is received and orders are cancelled, your accounts may be blacklisted from future purchases.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. local time, Singapore. Please allow extra processing time for holidays and collection launches.
